Creating the right packaging for products can be a challenge. Brand consistency, perceived price point, communicating quality, style, the current market, and competing products are all important considerations. It must look great on the shelf, on the website, and feel good in the customer’s hand.
The Project
The Highland Soap Co. are an established Scottish retail brand with a small chain of High Street shops in Fort William, Perth and Spean Bridge, a distribution network, and a successful online retail outlet. They create, make and sell natural skin care products, organic soaps, candles and reed diffusers. lamontdesign work closely with their team designing packaging that ensures their entire range carries a justified mark of quality and a consistency of brand. Most of their packaging is designed to be recycled, or in the case of their jars and bottles, reused when the product is finished.
